1. First time customers, payment is due before services start.
2. Established customers, payment is due upon completion of services. Exception of holidays or 3 or more days of requested days/times in a week (see Holidays below)
3. Outstanding balances will result in a hold on services provided to you until your balance due is paid in full, even in the event you have booked in advanced or reserved days/times; services will not be done unless your previous balance is paid.
Holidays:
1. When booking holidays and/or 3 or more days, full payment must be rendered 2 weeks prior to services starting; not subject to refunds.
2. If short notice of service, payment must be rendered before services start. Not subject to refunds.
3. Cancelation before 2 weeks does not incur a fee or balance..
4. Cancelation after 2 weeks and after payment is not subject to a refund.
